MELBOURNE PLUBMING CLOGS AND LEAKS
Toilet clogs and leaks are difficult because toilets vary in type, plumbing, water pressure, etc. so you need expert Melbourne plumbers who know EXACTLY what caused the particular clog. And we say this with complete humility…WE know everything.
Maybe your toilet is low flow. Maybe it just can’t handle the amount of waste, toilet paper, etc. Hard water deposits can also cause frequent clogging. Or the supply line itself could be the problem.
It’s best not to wait if you are having any trouble because we have seen clogs force themselves out onto homeowners floors flooding bathrooms with disgusting waste. Leaking water also adds up to real money you should not have to throw away.
Prevention is better than cure and definitely less expensive.

NEED TO STOP LEAKING WATER NOW?
If you have a lot of water spraying or pouring from the toilet right now you can try shutting off the water going to that toilet:
1. Locate the toilet shutoff valve knob, usually located at the wall just behind the toilet (there will be a water line running from that valve to the toilet).
2. Turn the valve knob clockwise, till it stops. This will cut off the water going to the toilet. You will still be able to use running water in other fixtures or appliances throughout the rest of your house.
IS WATER STILL COMING OUT OF THE TOILET?
If you’ve turned off the toilet valve but water is still running out? You can turn off ALL the water going into your house:
1. Locate the main water valve (it’ll be near your water meter, close to the ground).
2. Close the valve by turning the valve knob clockwise till it stops. You might need pliers if it’s difficult to turn.
This should stop the water flow, till we get there to perform the repair fix, and we’ll turn your water back on.
